Position Overview

We’re hiring a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist to join our clinical team. Our schedule is fully booked. You won’t be marketing yourself, building a book of business, or sitting through unpaid gaps between clients — patients are booked for you, and our front desk keeps the day full.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $68–$75 per hour, based on experience.
  • $750 sign-on bonus, paid after your first 90 days.

Responsibilities

  • Perform medical massage and manual therapy treatments tailored to each patient’s condition.
  • Review the plan of care before each visit and adapt technique, pressure, and focus accordingly.
  • Document treatment notes accurately and on time.
  • Communicate with our providers and acupuncturists to keep care coordinated.
  • Maintain a clean, calm, professional treatment room.

Qualifications

  • Current New York State massage therapy license (LMT) in good standing.
  • Professional liability insurance.
  • Strong deep-tissue, trigger-point, and therapeutic technique.
  • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with clinical documentation.
  • Experience with medical or insurance-based massage is a plus, not a requirement.
